Mahj & Mingle Social started with one simple rule: have fun.

A group of friends created our own social league called The Fun League — built around golf, tennis, friendship, and not taking ourselves too seriously. The only requirement to join? You had to have fun. What started as casual gatherings quickly became a community centered around laughter, connection, and creating memorable experiences together.

When winter arrived, we were looking for something new to bring us together during the colder months. That’s when we discovered American Mahjong — and we were instantly hooked.

What began as learning the tiles around a kitchen table quickly turned into weekly games, themed gatherings, cocktails, friendly competition, and endless “just one more game”. We played in living rooms, country clubs, ski lodges, and anywhere we could gather friends around a mahjong table. Mahjong became more than just a game to us — it became a social experience.

As our love for the game grew, so did our vision. We wanted to create a welcoming, stylish, and social community where people of all skill levels could come together to learn, play, laugh, connect, and make new friends.

And just like that, Mahj & Mingle Social was born.

Today, we host beginner-friendly lessons, open play gatherings, themed events, private parties, and social experiences designed to bring people together through mahjong. Whether you’re brand new to the game or already mahj-obsessed, there’s always a seat for you at our table.
