Mahj, Marg & Mingle: A Night of Mahjong, Margaritas, and New Friendships

What happens when you combine mahjong, margaritas, great food, and an amazing group of women? You get a memorable evening filled with laughter, connection, and a little friendly competition.

On June 10th, Mahj & Mingle Social hosted our first Mahj, Marg & Mingle event at the beautiful Hopkinton Country Club, and it exceeded all expectations. Players of all skill levels gathered for a fun and relaxed evening centered around one simple rule: have fun.

From the moment guests arrived, the room was buzzing with conversation as old friends reconnected and new friendships were formed. Players enjoyed guided and open play, shared tips and strategies, and cheered each other on throughout the evening.

Of course, no Mahj & Mingle event would be complete without a few surprises.

Throughout the night, guests participated in fun games and challenges for a chance to win prizes. The excitement around the tables was contagious as players celebrated wins, learned new skills, and embraced the social side of mahjong.

The margaritas were flowing, lite mexican bites was enjoyed, and the atmosphere was everything we hoped it would be—warm, welcoming, and full of community. One of the things we love most about mahjong is that it brings people together in a way that feels increasingly rare.

At Mahj & Mingle Social, our mission has always been about more than teaching a game. We're creating experiences that bring people together, encourage connection, and build community. Seeing so many women gathered around the tables laughing, learning, and supporting one another was a reminder of exactly why we started this journey.
